Siva Advertising Company operates the Brijel messaging automation and customer engagement platform. This Privacy Policy applies to the Siva Advertising Company website and to Brijel services, including integrations with WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Pages, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Professional Accounts, Meta Ads and Lead Ads where those features are enabled and authorized by a customer.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect account and business information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, billing details, login and security information, support communications, device information, IP addresses, usage logs and cookie data.
When a customer connects Meta business assets to Brijel, we may process data made available through the permissions and APIs authorized by that customer. Depending on the enabled feature, this may include Facebook Page and Instagram Professional Account identifiers, profile or business information, Messenger and Instagram Direct messages, sender-scoped identifiers, message attachments and delivery information, comments, Lead Ads submissions, ad-account information, campaign information and available performance metrics.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure the requested services, connect authorized business assets, display and manage conversations, send replies, operate automation and CRM features, provide customer support, process billing, prevent fraud and abuse, monitor reliability, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.
3. Meta Platform Data and User Authorization
Brijel accesses Meta Platform Data only after an authorized business user completes the Meta login and grants the required permissions. We use that data only for the features requested by the customer and in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms and policies. We do not access unconnected business assets, and we do not sell Meta Platform Data.
Customers are responsible for having the authority and necessary consent to connect their business assets and communicate with their users. Access inside Brijel is limited according to workspace roles and permissions.
4. Sharing and Service Providers
We may share information with Meta and other service providers only as necessary to operate the service, including hosting, security, analytics, communications and payment processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service or the public. We do not sell personal information or message content.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit where supported. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only while an account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. After a verified deletion request, eligible active-system data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup rotation process.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data and may disconnect authorized Meta business assets. Instructions are available at https://brijel.com/data-deletion. Requests may also be sent to jothivelmhr@gmail.com. We may verify identity before completing a request.
8. Cookies
Our websites and services may use essential cookies for authentication, security and preferences, and optional analytics cookies where permitted. Browser settings may be used to control cookies, although disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

The services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
